Internationalization of the interface

There is a need for french display.

Maybe also needed for portal app ?

Todo:

• Add a translation library (like i18n ?)
• Create dictionnary files (json with keyword=sentence for each language)
• Add a switch button for language in header / profile settings
• Integrate dictionnary everywhere text is displayed

Sure it is needed.

But it also means that all displayed text in the UI should have its own translation in both language (fr, en)

Can you evaluate how long it takes for such a task ?

I still haven't really tried to work on a repository in my dev environnement, so I'm not really sure.

But once I'll be familiar with everything, I think this could be done in a 6 or 7 work days.

Decision from meeting 02/01/2024: Issue is not a priority for now.
