git clean and git statsh are not essential to understand branches and
merges. They have been moved at the end, as bonus slides.

Issue are already created by the instructor, instruction to create an
issue have been removed.

And if they have been added by the instructor, tell the trainees to use
the one assigned to them.

Add a slide to explain how to copy the SSH and HTTPS clone URLs on the
repository main page.

Add a slide about forgemia. This slide will soon be obsolete.

Move the gitlab slide after the forge definition in order to present
what a forge is before presenting gitlab.

Add slide about other forges.

A schema has been added to explain the objective of versionning, and
advantages have been grouped in the same slide.

Make was not running when qmd files other than index.qmd were modified.
This has been fixed by adding a dependency on all qmd files for the
index.html targets.

/bin/bash is not available on all systems. Using /usr/bin/env makes the
makefile compatible with more systems
